I had one of those moments today. I watched this:

The worst song ever made? I think yes. Without question, yes. The fact that it is more popular than Japan as a trending topic in twitter is perhaps confirmation of this.

But then, from a country that gave us The Hills, Jersey Shore and Sarah Palin, am I really that surprised?
I might repurpose my knitting needles as earplugs. Yeah.

So I have been chipping away at fitness and exercise... to little avail (well, this is not entirely true, but still).

In an effort to maintain some accountability, I asked a mate to check in with me via dedicated fitness blog. He read it and ripped it to shreds.

So, happy v day. An arse whipping (figuratively, fortunately) is imminent!
